Never underestimate small size breasts when it comes to breastfeeding. The amount of milk letdown does not rely on the size of your breasts, which is determined by the number of alveoli, the milk-making tissue, inside the breasts. The more the alveoli are, the more milk can be produced.😊😊 Yet, it does not mean the bigger the breasts, the more alveoli they can have, it could be quite the opposite. Why? Because breasts are made of fat but not alveoli. Hence, if you happen to be full-busted but only have a little milk letdown, don’t blame yourself or your body, it could be your breasts happen to have few alveoli. Just keep in mind that breastfeeding is a choice, but not the only choice.✊✊
