That dahlia! Reminds me of my friends who are bold, resilient, and steadfast even when life turns sour. To you! This was from 2 (3?) summers ago at a DIY backyard party. It was so hot that the candles started melting. But they still celebrated with good spirits. The truth is, dads typically don’t like photo shoots but it’s awesome when you meet a dad who is a good sport about everything and stays up to do decor, make balloon arches, holds up the umbrella for shade in the scorching heat, and still have the best attitude about taking photos.
