Tonight I cooked dinner for my family in 20 min and it was DELICIOUS, all ingredients from Trader Joe’s! Served 5 of us🥑❤️ A white bean & green chile chicken CHILI!!!! Highly recommend for an easy, affordable dinner for the fam: -1 small onion diced -2 cups TJs frozen roasted corn -1 box of chicken broth -1 TJs can green Chiles -2 cans white beans -2 tablespoon cream cheese -whole packet of the TJs pulled chicken salsa verde -2 or 3 cups spinach -cheese, avo, tortilla chips as toppings -seasoned with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, pepper and salt -1 lime squeezed Sauté onion and corn in a little olive oil with seasoning. Add in broth, green chiles, lime, white beans. Blend 2-3 cups of the soup (before chicken obvi). Then add cream cheese and the TJs salsa chicken, spinach. If you have an extra 10 minutes after making it to simmer, do it!!
