#Repost @i_sodope ・・・ i'm sick and tired of fossil fuels. when are we going to stop dragging our feet and recognize all the problems around us from our reliance on fossil fuels? > pollution from burning fossil fuels kills 4.2 million people every year. > the russian war in ukraine has caused the price of gasoline to skyrocket because we rely too heavily on russian fossil fuels without an effective, clean backup plan. > workers in the oil and gas industry have one of the highest rates of severe injuries in the country. the list goes on and on. we need to electrify and use renewables and nuclear power to sustain our energy demand while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. it's really that simple.
