🏳️‍🌈🖤 B U S H W I G . 1 1 🖤🏳️‍🌈 Omg I'm so happy about what I brought to @bushwig !!! I'm less than two years old AND this is my first time performing in NY! I was so scared and nervous but I did it!! I felt so loved and uplifted! Thank you to every person who came and shared energy with me!! Thank you to every hand who helped put so many people art on stage and thank you @horrorchatanyc for all your love and support with my drag and believing in me ! I am mostly proud bc I was literally wearing and representing my city, black people, feminine bodies, non-binary bodies, and small businesses all in one. I'd tried commissioning hair and looks from stylists and designers and none of it panned out. So I ended up doing it a lot myself and since I invested in others, I had to do it last minute and on a budget! The hair is yarn and I had to start the day before I flew out! I hand painted the bodysuit and that took the longest.
