Haven’t done the traditional Rowing series in so long that I flipped “From the Hips” and “From the Chest”. 🙃 It felt really good to work through Advanced Reformer top to bottom the other day. I don’t stick to the order very often anymore for lots of reasons, but every now and again it’s nice to just do the damn thing. Did you move today? 🤸
