For those who don’t know- when I moved to Texas in November of 2020, Malachi stayed with my parents to finish the school year out- so I could get us set up successfully out here & have a solid transition for him. I went through SOOOO many hurdles within the past year & was hit with a lot of losses. Which in turn kept pushing back his arrival & stay with me here. I felt depleted. Embarrassed. Ashamed. Unfit to be a mom. Moments where I even questioned if I was ever going to be a stable figure in his life. Had me questioning my losses & how they would effect him. What if he feels like I abandoned him? What if he resents me & thinks I’m better off without him? What if he thinks He is not important or wanted? Fighting & fighting these past couple years to get him here.. I AM ABSOLUTELY OVERJOYED to say HE IS HERE FOR GOOD!!! I am starting to feel more complete- and a big part of my life has come back & I just wanted to share this!
