The Fashioning Accountability and Building Real Institutional Change (FABRIC) Act is introducing groundbreaking legislation to protect manufacturing workplaces and apparel production. If passed, the bill would safeguard nearly 100,000 American garment workers from poor and unsafe working conditions and wage theft.
