Post sushi + sake date 🍣 🍶 Allowing myself to be vulnerable in a romantic partnership has been quite an experience. The ways in which we’ve grown and the things we’ve learned about not only one another but also ourselves, are things only sowed and nurtured in a relationship. Without having another person by my side, I can certainly grow on my own. However, experiencing life with another being is magic. We see things so differently and from here we learn new perspectives. Connecting with others is pure magic. You know, like when you meet someone and you instantly know you’ve met before, there’s something deeper here. I truly believe the people in our lives are meant to be there for a reason. Maybe they’re teaching a lesson or maybe they’re a guide. Either way, we come in contact with people and suddenly we have access to infinite knowledge - if we could just connect more deeply.
