🚨New Equipment🚨 - All new @atlantisstrength Hack Squat Pro coming very soon in our new expansion. This hack squat is extremely high quality and well thought out. It has many important features and adjustment points. It was design in partnership with @coach_kassem, a biomechanics coach I have been following/learning from for quite some time. It features : - A sled that travels on concave high-density nylon wheels and stainless steel rails (rather than traditional linear bearings and guide rods) for smoother operation. - Adjustable footplate. - The shoulder pads are strategically angled to alleviate stress on trapezius muscles. - Adjustable safety catch provides security for users of different heights (or ranges of motion). - Adjustable backrest pad allows for alternating between a hack squat and a leg press movement (no more putting the foam roller behind your back, I see a lot of people do this). - Upper and lower band pegs. The band pegs feature a rotating axis to help keep the motion smooth and protect bands. - Three positions for the racking mechanism to accommodate users of various heights. - Mechanism disengages automatically when the user starts the exercise.
