This is what gay boy joy looks like. Earlier this year I was elected to lead my companies Pride Affinity Group, the Head Homo in Charge sorta job. I set a lofty goal of having my company represented in the DC Pride Parade, and after months of work was able to see that goal come to life. I was so proud to walk with colleagues as both identifiers and ally’s of the LGBT community. The parade was attended by thousands of people, and I absolutely loved getting to hype up people as we walked along the parade route and celebrating our Queerness.
