I’ve been falling into a rabbit hole of comparison recently, and I want you guys to take care of yourselves and take my advice to not do this :,) Please take care of your minds and remember that 99% of what you see on social media ISN’T TRUE🤍 Of course people are going to post about the best bits of their lives. They’ll post when they’re all glammed up to go out... They won’t post the anxiety attack before going out... They won’t post waking up with huge spots after the night out... They won’t post the not so glamorous stuff in between... And they don’t have to. It’s social media, we all know it’s a highlight reel. But to compare ourselves to a life which doesn’t really exist will destroy our self esteem. We are all human beings. We aren’t perfect. Don’t let social media fool you in to believing you have to be💗 I love you all so much xxx
