So I started simplifying.
I went back to the basics—water, color-rich meals, and movement that didn’t leave me exhausted. I stopped trying to force my body into a number or a trend, and started listening instead.
What felt good. What gave me energy. What brought calm instead of chaos.
I began working out smarter, not harder. I let go of chasing perfection and chose consistency and compassion. I made peace with food. And somehow, my body stopped fighting me. My weight evened out. My stress lowered. My life felt lighter.
Wellness isn’t one size, one plan, or one perfect routine. It’s personal. And the more I trusted myself, the more everything clicked.
