to my ALS community - I’ve written this message a million times and the words still feel like they miss the mark at the amount of love and gratitude I have for you. a disease that once broke my family, I now feel I can rally around. can support unconditionally, in yet still never wish anyone in the world to be a part of. @tallshipboston thank you for honoring this community. the community that honors my dad better than any other I’ve ever met. who’s strength, grit and whatever-the-fuck-it-takes attitude is contagious. there was a day I wished to never want to know what ALS was. and now I’m blessed to feel the love from it. To those newly impacted by these three letters, you’re supported. You’re guided. You’re honored.
