Chocolate Peppermint Egg Cream
INGREDIENTS:
- Whole Milk (3oz)
- Chocolate Syrup - We use Fox's U-Bet (1.5oz)
- Peppermint Syrup (.5oz)
- Chilled Topo Chico (6oz)
RECIPE:
- Add cold milk to a 12oz glass
- Add chocolate + peppermint syrup
- Stir until combined
- Slowly add Topo Chico while vigorously stirring with a bar spoon until drink froths to top of glass
Making Peppermint Syrup
- Combine 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar in saucepan
- Heat on the stove using low to medium heat, stirring constantly
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and keep stirring
- Add 1 tsp peppermint extract, stir until all sugar is dissolved
- Transfer to bottle + store in fridge
