🎥 @pierrick_moana Always hoping that we get an extra special visitor when we dive! Oceanic whitetips are some of the most beautiful sharks in our oceans. They are a pelagic shark species that roams the open seas in search of food. We often encounter them with pilot whales. They will follow the pod of whales and feed off the puke of the pilots. Pilot whales feed on squid and cannot digest the hard parts of the animals such as the beak. So they puke those parts back up, often with scraps attached that the sharks can feed off of. #shark #oceanicwhitetip #sharkswim #sharkdive #moorea #tahiti
