London based environmental charity @traid brings big benefits to people and planet by keeping clothes and shoes in use for longer, collecting wearable pieces to resell in their charity shops. However, when donated shoes lose their pair – and become single – they can usually only be recycled. That’s where we come in. We’ve worked with @traid since 2016 to save single shoes, lowering their carbon footprint by turning them into the most incredible, unique one-of-one sneakers. We wash and clean them, deconstruct them, and utilise their parts to create bespoke pieces of art sneakers.
