Tonight I had the honor of attending a very special party to celebrate the important work of Beagle Freedom Project. For those of you who don’t know of this incredible non profit, Beagle Freedom Project is the world’s leading organization for rescuing and rehoming animals used in experimental research. Since 2010, they have liberated thousands of animals while working to end their abuse through education, advocacy, and legislation. Because of Beagle Freedom Project, we are moving closer to a world without animal testing! The founder, Shannon Keith (pictured below), is a hero and I’m not only in awe of what she does, but am so proud to call her a friend!
