Last Saturday we had the privilege to donate our space for an amazing cause. Erica of @socal.standard set up a full day photography event dedicated to black dads and families of San Diego, and wow, what a turn out. The event was donation based (with proceeds going to bail and legal fees for those arrested during the protests), and an incredible team of photographers, florists, calligraphers, balloon artists, arts and crafts friends, and general help came together and blossomed into a very happy, energetic and beautiful day for everyone. In light of the ongoing #BLM Movement we think it’s important to support and be able to provide a platform for black artists to come into the spotlight and to amplify their voices. We are humbled and very thankful for an incredible day and for the hard work of everyone involved. Thanks Erica / @socal.standard for organizing and choosing us for this project!
