This morning was difficult reliving my brothers life. I went for a second time to see the exhibition that @calmzone put on in South Bank. After being on @thismorning with Holly and Phil I went for a second time to see the exhibition and read every ones story. It was so moving. I can only thank Calm for all they do for Mens mental health. We must all be more vigilant at looking for signs of any one who seems like they are not in a good place. @calmzone are there for any one to talk too if you have concerns. I’m proud to be an ambassador for Calm, and I will continue to lend my support in any way I can in order to get rid of the stigma surrounding suicide. If I’d of known 20 years ago what I know now I truly believe my brother would still be alive today. To all who have lost a loved one I feel for you. To all who have loved ones suffering I urge you to stay tuned in to them and seek advice or help. 125 suicides a week and on the rise let’s all play a part to listen more to those who may need help.
