As I was reading on the couch with the windows open, gusts of wind came through and I felt a need to put the book down My mind has been rather chatty lately (I guess it always is but I’ve been noticing it more) and I took this as a sign to slow down, just breathe and enjoy this moment of peace Even on the days where we don’t feel like leaving home, we can open some windows to refresh, cleanse, and ground ourselves by breathing in fresh air 🌬 Take this as a sign to pause and breathe in this moment. I promise it will take less time than a trip to the bathroom 🤪 do it!
