Wow-wee, what a trip! From the fertile plains of Lombardy skipping back and forth across The River Po, to the wolf hills of Emilia Romagna and then down to Le Marche’s Adriatic coast. We tasted some of the very best the regions had to offer and met the remarkable folk who dedicate their lives to their craft. We have big respect and admiration for these beautiful people, our restaurants wouldn’t be the same without them.
