Wow-wee, what a trip! From the fertile plains of Lombardy skipping back and forth across The River Po, to the wolf hills of Emilia Romagna and then down to Le Marche’s Adriatic coast. We tasted some of the very best the regions had to offer and met the remarkable folk who dedicate their lives to their craft. We have big respect and admiration for these beautiful people, our restaurants wouldn’t be the same without them. Massive thanks to Allison and Elliot (the dream team behind @hamandcheeseco) for hosting and taking us on this adventure 🙏. Give them a follow if you don’t already, they import the best Italian salumi and cheese into the UK and work with all of your favourite restaurants - us chefs love them because they’re the real deal and they love food as much as we do.
