Makin’ the most out of my rad Delonghi Machine this summer - Here’s how to pimp up your BBQ using coffee!!

Coffee and smoked chilli glazed pork and coriander rice bowl
This rice bowl brings that rich coffee flavour into the glaze for the pork belly, once charred the glaze caramelises and crisps up beautifully with the richness of fresh coffee. AWESOME
Serves 6
Approx 4 hours to make
Ingredients
Spice mix
2 tsp Ground cumin
2 tsp Onion granules
2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Black pepper
4 tsp Brown sugar
1.5 KG bone on pork belly, skin removed
4 tsp Salt flakes
100ml Maple Syrup
50ml Light Soy
1 tbsp Urfa chilli flakes
120 0ml Delonghi made Coffee (2 x double shot)
400g Basmatti rice
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp sea salt flakes
A handful of chopped coriander leaves
Setup
One third hot smoker running at about 140C then setup to grill, half and half
Use a British sustainably grown hardwood for the smoke.
