A dedicated bureka shop just opened in Greenwich Village, and these are the best burekas I’ve ever had. They offer classic flavors like cheese and potato, and modern takes like corn, and spinach and artichoke which was my personal favorite! They’re open from 8am-2:30pm Weds-Sun but typically sell out by 1:30pm. They are working hard to ramp up production!
