🦍CHEST & BICEPS WORKOUT🦍 🦧Cable Pec Fly 4 x 12 🦧DB Incline Bench 4 x 8 🦧Alternating DB Curls 3 x 15 🦧Flat Hammer Strength 3 x 10 🦧Machine Pec Fly 3 x 12 🦧Cable Curls 2 x 15 Simple Chest/BI’s workout today. I usually group my chest w/ tri’s and back w/ bi’s (PPL Split) but it’s good every once in a while to switch things up! Especially on a day where I am “freestyling” a chest workout I know I always gravitate towards an incline compound movement (DB incline press) and a flat machine press (hammer strength). For me, sometimes the flat presses are more difficult to get into a good shoulder position so I like the guidance of the machines. Enjoy! 💪🏼 📸: @swoletographer
