Egg Mayo, Tomatoes with Chives & Potato Sourdough. @oliahercules asked for this recipe from my book for dinner. The tomatoes are normally roasted in the oven. The thought of turning on the oven and seeing as these beauties are so ripe and juicy it seemed only right to simply slice them. Garlic and standard chives from the garden. Chopped and added to the tomatoes with evoo & sea salt. Eggs boiled and grated, mixed with mayonnaise and a good grinding of black pepper.
