2022 what an incredible year you’ve been. Such life changing things I never saw coming. Launching a company (@beingfrenshe) that has been my most successful endeavor to date, helping people with their mental health struggles. We moved, did construction and this time I wasn’t prepared for it lol. We celebrated our little baby’s one year birthday and continue to watch her grow into the cutest little human. Developed a tv show that is so authentic to who I am and what I want to do next as an actor. However, in these amazing moments were some of the most challenging. I struggled really hard with my anxiety, trying to find answers on a new diagnosis of PMDD (I’m still on that journey). With every exciting step it was met with a debilitating fear. I thankfully have my rituals that have helped me through as well as visualization, reiki, acupuncture, and you guys. You all make me feel not alone in my journey and I thank you for being so open and vulnerable with me. I guess it shows I’m still a work in progress and that’s okay! I’m so excited for this new year and all the amazing things coming with @frenshe and @beingfrenshe
