~ 7 of my fav ab exercises to do for a strong core ~
1. Pikes (do these on gym ball or rowing machine)
2. 2kg weighted suitcase crunch
3. Diagonal plank toe touches
4. Plank in & outs
5. Plank shoulder taps
6. Diagonal hand to knee taps
7. Plank walk outs
Each exercise 12-15 reps & repeat for 4 rounds.
Your core will be on 🔥 next day !!
