@Rose Inc Solar Radiance Hydrating Cream Highlighter in Prismatic ✨ Really surprised by this formula! Unlike some other cream highlighters in my collection, it's not really emollient or hydrating. It's more of a cream to powder type of finish and I really have to warm it up with my fingers before applying it. I think oily skin types might really enjoy this formula. It's buildable and can be sheered out which is nice.
