Whether that’s putting the team over the business, daily check-ins, 1:1s, or working side by side with your staff so they feel supported! 🤝🏽 Talking with @academycoffeeatl owner @gyst_connan, he mentioned something every café owner should consider- every hire is a personality hire. You can teach coffee, but you can’t teach someone to care. Since your staff represents your business, it’s best to bring on those who lead with character and naturally reflect your brand values. Then teach them, support them, and trust them to carry that out.
