If I’m being honest I think these macarons were easier to make than real macarons and so had to stop myself from making a dozen because... *that* would be crazy [says the woman with a giant cardboard pastry shop in her dining room]. I’ve decided cardboard is my new favorite craft medium and that may or may not be in large part to the daily arsenal of Amazon boxes arriving at our back door.
