Using the world's most powerful fractional CO2 Laser (SCAAR Fx) to create channels in the graft for topical medications to penetrate & soften the graft, cause relaxation of the lower eyelid ectropion, allowing the lid to close all the way 2️⃣ To use the long-pulsed Alexandrite Laser to remove the hair on the inside of the mouth resulting from a micro vascular flap (from the wrist) placed inside of the mouth for reconstruction after squamous cell cancer removal.
