taking a quiet moment of gratitude from a cold yoga mat in Philadelphia — i am so grateful for my health; an able body & mind, my family, friends, a loving partner, my bandmates, our amazing crew on the road & team back home.... the ability to travel the world & meet each of you. next week i move into my first home & then fly to LA to show a few paintings. i’m eager to continue learning how to be more compassionate, patient & whole. we have had great fun on the uncanny valley tour thus far. we’ll begin again in September. big love & gratitude to each of you. 🧩
