Baked brie with grapes, pistachios and thyme l GF l serves: 8 Ingredients: 500g wheel of brie 1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes 1/2 cup of pistachios - chopped 2 sprigs fresh thyme olive oil sea salt and pepper to taste Garnish: 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves honey to drizzle Method: 1. In a 30cm round oven-proof dish place the brie into the centre. Add the grapes and pistachios around the brie. Add a drizzle of olive oil, sprigs of thyme, salt and pepper on top of the brie. 2. Bake on 200C (390F) fan for 10 minutes. Break into the brie and lightly combine with the grapes and pistachios. 3. Add more fresh thyme leaves, drizzle honey and serve straight away with crusty bread or crackers. A great starter or to serve with afternoon drinks #ckentertaining
