Toasted Marshmallow Simple Syrup 2 marshmallows, toasted until golden 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil for 5 mins. Add toasted marshmallows and vanilla extract. Stir until marshmallows are completely dissolved. Simmer for 7 mins, then let completely cool. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain out any remaining marshmallow bits. Transfer into a container - I used a mason jar - and refrigerate. Enjoy!
