Pasta Water Martini 🍝 INGREDIENTS: 2.5 oz vodka 1/2 oz dry vermouth 1 oz pasta water, reserved METHOD: Step one: SALT YOUR PASTA WATER!!! Prepare pasta according to directions on box, reserving some of the salted pasta water before straining. Allow the pasta water to cool, then add to a cocktail shaker. Add vodka and dry vermouth.
