Last week at a school yard: Happy as I could be, about to play music for children. We sang songs with profound messages for them and I am sure they didn’t go unnoticed. I could see their little wheels turning, thinking about the possibilities... I do this because I believe there is great power in showing up and having a presence where it is most needed. The classroom was my workplace that day, and where I often try to make a difference, but we can all do the same in small and big ways, wherever we are. I invite you to be intentional in your conversations, to choose wisely what you support, to keep your kindness and empathy close, and to stand up for yourself and others when you have to.
