Feeling thyself once again 💃🏽✨ Anyone else feeling the intensity of the cancer new moon? 🌚 I’ve been bursting with emotion for months and it’s only been building. I attended the best yoga class I’ve been to in a while this morning and all of the hip opening left me in tears. Releasing all the tension that I’ve stored in my body over years is so relieving. With every cry, I feel more free. I feel more free to be who I am at my core and even just recognizing the beauty in that brings me to tears. I’m in awe at how much I’ve been crying, both happy and sad tears. I’m releasing and making space for new 🙏 overflowing with emotion, I continue to feel gratitude for this wild human ride and all that it continues to teach If you’ve been feeling the weight of the world as much as I have, know you’re not alone.
