Here in Humboldt, we're lucky to have access to delicious produce at local farmers markets and farm stands. Today, we went in search of a new cocktail ingredient that we'd never tried, and decided to go with a honeydew melon mint infusion. As with all infusions, this is a little bit of an experiment! We'll report back soon to let you know how we're using it and how it tastes. 🍈
