A year ago this week, I quit my engineering job to become a full-time content creator 🫢 I didn’t plan to quit, as I always enjoyed coding. However, over time, I grew curious about what it would feel like to have the freedom to pursue my own projects 24/7. So, when my company began a series of layoffs, I volunteered to be on the list 🙈 There are a lot of pros and cons to running your own business, especially in an unstable area like social media, but it is satisfying to learn more and more about it. I didn’t regret my decision even once during this year! The best part is I am doing what I love and I am flexible to travel anytime. This makes me happy, and I really enjoy sharing it all with you 🫶 Here I talk about local gems in California in about 70% of my content, dedicating the other 30% to sharing guides and tips about the other states and countries I visit.
