Here’s a meal that if you knew me when I first started my weight loss journey you’re very familiar with. losing 100+lbs started with these 3 things.
- Intermittent fasting
- Meal prepping

Here’s one of my favorite meals when I’m a caloric deficit, macros below:
359 calories // 55g carbs // 2.9g fat // 28.1g protein
Parboiled Rice - 1 cup
Broccoli- 2 cups frozen
Onion chopped or diced - 1 whole
Bell pepper - 3 sliced
Chicken, (3) 4 oz
Split into 5 days
