The varieties of garlic this year: 🧄’Caulk Wight’ 🧄’Early Purple Wight’ 🧄’Picardy Wight’ 🧄’Purple Wight Germidour’ 🧄 ‘Kingsland Wight’ (a hardneck) 🐘 Elephant garlic (that’s not actually garlic but looks and tastes like it but is ginormous). Varieties of Shallot are: 🧅 ‘Griselle’ and 🧅‘Longor’ and for my first time growing onions I’ve chosen: 🧅 ‘Electric’ and 🧅’Autumn Champion’.
