I literally had the best of both worlds at the @atoboynyc x @kasamachicago collab this past week. 😋🙌🏻 Atoboy has been one of my favorite spots for years, and it was super exciting to see them collaborate with one of my favorite spots in the Midwest, @kasamachicago. The menu was a true fusion of Korean and Filipino cuisines, and done in the most beautiful way. Every dish was so thoughtful and well executed. Despite not growing up with these flavors, it still felt nostalgic and special in every way. If there’s one thing you should take away from this post, it’s to go check out @atoboynyc and @kasamachicago. They’re both performing at the highest levels and crushing it right now. Atoboy is helmed by the super talented CDC @jerome_flowzzz in the back of house and the amazing @arnitascarnitas in the front. The entire staff is always on point and makes every dinner here so memorable. 🙏🏻💛 Kasama recently received a @michelinguide ⭐️ and also was named one of @foodandwine’s best new chefs.
