💌Title: I am Feeling... I sit with my feelings, observing them, watching how they blow away with the wind and slowly return back to me with more light and stability. Learning slowly that we are not our feelings. Sometimes we feel so alone, submerged in negativity, but I know this is universal, as we are human. For the last couple of years I have understood myself more, dissected my heart and head, started to heal childhood wounds & taken a long hard look in the mirror, only to see my battle scars and a ball of love staring back at me. These last two years have been extremely vital in order for me to proceed onto the next chapter of my life ~ I truly believe that for a lot of us. The tests, trials & repeated cycles are opportunities for us to simply hover closer to our higher selves. As I grow older, moments of sadness tend to come with ease, and I actually welcome them. After all, it’s up to me to decide how I deal with said emotions. The best thing I’ve learnt through the agony and pain of these last couple years is that love will always win. Love is the best feeling I have ever sat with. The feeling that always blows in the wind and returns back greater than ever. The feeling I will choose to sit in forever, no matter the season.
