I know y'all see me journaling all the time so I wanted to share a few reasons why 🤍 -I start by just being honest with myself. Sometimes the truth is hard to accept even though we need to. I journal my truth which allows me to take a step back from it and ultimately address whatever it is. -Journaling has always helped me to cope with anxiety. Instead of bottling up my emotions, I write down my feelings and I feel relieved, a form of therapy -it creates the feeling of discipline. I realize that good habits and discipline helps shape you as a person. I commit to journaling every morning. It makes me feel a sense of achievement.
