Story Time 💓 This video was taken in March 2022 when I was at a very lowpoint in my life. I hadn't been outside in over a month so my dad and his friends actually dragged me out the house in my pyjamas (except for the jeans) and decided to help me build up my knitstagram and take videos so I could distract myself with something I love. I was so touched by their effort ❤️‍🩹 I'm actually still coming to terms with how drastically I let myself go physically. I lost a lot of weight, didn't take any care of my hair or skin, never got out of bed before 11am and couldn't get myself to wear the clothes I loved anymore because they all felt tainted. This all lead to me feeling and looking extremely lost and disoriented in life. I was living in butt fuck nowhere in France with my dad for 6 months doing renovations while I was going through a break up with my boyfriend of 2 years. I never saw anyone, never went out, didn't speak to anyone other than my dad and his 2 friends at the house and generally would just lock myself in my room or paint walls wearing earphones and not talk all day. This was an extremely rough time for me and I am so glad I can finally say I picked most of myself up again. I am so insanely grateful to everyone who stuck with me through this. And to everyone who had to drag me through it @why_work_if_we_all_die_anyway ❤️ I still look at this girl in shame and embarrassment but I am really trying to embrace her. I am so lucky I got to meet people who made me feel worthwhile, understood and seen again!
