Who doesn’t love a one pan dinner? With my busy schedule I know I do! That’s less dishes, and less time spent in the kitchen during hectic week nights with work and the kids. The sauce on this chicken is naturally sweetened with honey and then just 1 tsp of brown sugar. I also used olive oil to keep this dish on the healthier side. #mySMFchicken Full recipe below or here for printable version ----> https://www.springermountainfarms.com/mysmfchicken/honey-glazed-brown-sugar-baked-chicken-and-potatoes-from-glutenfreeandgolden 3 @smfchicken chicken breasts 1.5 pounds baby gold potatoes cut into 4 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 1.5 teaspoon paprika 2 tsp Harlem garlic pepper seasoning 1/2 tsp salt Sauce 3 tablespoons DF butter 1 tsp brown sugar 1⁄2 cup honey 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon salt Mix together all chicken seasonings and set aside. On stovetop, melt butter and stir in other ingredients. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 400. Pound chicken to achieve a similar thickness for each breast. Lay chicken breast and potatoes on sheet pan. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and chicken. Coat both chicken and potatoes with seasoning mixture. Lastly pour sauce mixture over chicken. Bake for about 34 minutes or until your breast reach an internal temperature of 165. If potatoes hadn’t finished yet, you can remove breast and allow potatoes to remain baking for a few more minutes. I roasted the potatoes for 3 minutes once they were done baking. Spoon sauce over chicken/and or potatoes.
