Sweet and spicy padrón Our time in Mexico provided us with such a deeper appreciation for ingredients not native to Denmark, like chiles and chocolate, which you’ll find in almost every menu. The padrón pepper was another ingredient we discovered and loved, and ironically it was only after returning to Denmark that we discovered this spicy pepper growing in our own ‘backyard’. We’re lucky enough to find incredible quality padróns at local farms such as @gartneritoftegaard . From our current Vegetable Season menu, the barbequed padrón pepper is filled with strawberries and sunflower seeds toasted in our smoked mushroom garum.
