Today completes 5 weeks of #fitness I came such a long way after finding out I have #fibriods that were 9cm and 5cm plus a few small ones That news devastated me! On top of that being diagnosed with #pcosawareness was a recipe of disaster. I decided to change my eating habits hire a PT discipline myself and stay focused. My body has changed TREMENDOUSLY and although I still have to get surgery I’ve done the ground work now.
