OG JSHEALTH RECIPE! đ„ Blender Cinnamon Swirl Muffins đâ
These muffins taste just like cinnamon buns! So good and a perfect afternoon treat with no mess - one blender only! Full recipe below đâ

Ingredients:â
2 cups almond mealâ
2 eggsâ
1â4 cup chia seedsâ
2 bananas, over ripe is best â
1â4 cup coconut oil, meltedâ
1â4 cup almond milk, or milk of choice â
2 tbsp maple syrup, or stevia granules or honeyâ
1 tsp cinnamonâ
1 tsp baking powderâ

For the topping:â
2 tbsp hulled tahiniâ
1 tsp cinnamon â
â
Method:â
Preheat the oven to 160°C or 320°F. Grease a muffin tin with olive oil or coconut spray or use muffin liners. â
â
In a blender, add all of the ingredients, except the tahini and 1 tsp cinnamon. Blitz until youâve reached a smooth consistency.â
â
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tray and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the muffins are golden and cooked through.â
Meanwhile, combine the tahini and cinnamon to make the cinnamon swirl. â
â
Once cooked, remove the muffins from the oven and drizzle each muffin with a swirl of the tahini cinnamon. â
â
Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days or the freezer for up to 2 months. â
â
